Do goosebumps rise on your arms in response to music? Do you feel bad news as a punch to your gut? This everyday language describes our physical reactions to emotion.

These stressful physical sensations are deeply felt. If continued over time without letting that stress go, difficult emotions will settle as physical pain. Relaxing will release some of your held emotional and physical stress. It can be hard to let go.

What will my session be like?

Initially, we will spend a few minutes chatting about your current physical and emotional states, and how you would like to feel.

The goal is to help you relax.

In a quiet place, get comfortable, and take a few minutes to focus on just you. Breathe. Let go.

It’s possible you will feel some sensations as I send reiki to you. It’s common for people to take a little nap!

Afterwards, I will contact you and let you know what came up. You will need a phone connection capable of calling me in Connecticut, USA.

I’ll send you an email with complete details when you have booked your session. It really is that simple!

In 2020, as the Covid 19 pandemic flipped all our lives around, Jaqueline joined the many people looking for new ways to connect.

At the suggestion of another Reiki Master who experienced her natural energetic gift, Jaqueline began training in Reiki entirely remotely. Finding that Remote Reiki was uniquely suited to connect with people isolated and ill with Covid-19, Jaqueline trained through to Master Level.

Today, Jaqueline continues to practice entirely remotely, allowing her clients to deeply relax at home.

Anywhere in the world.

No commuting. No time pressure.
